• Only original content may be submitted to the article directory. Should decide to hire a ghost writer, you should own exclusive rights to the article before submission.
• Article submitted should be original and have not been published or submitted to other article directories. Articles submitted will be checked via Google for duplicate content. Duplicated content will result to rejection.
• Article acceptance and publication is not guaranteed. Approval of articles entirely depends on us alone. Should the article be accepted and published, the duration for its availability will solely depend on us as well.
• Classification of an article may change if we see that it has been added in the wrong category.
• Submitted articles are subject to the following rights:
  • To be published to our article directory as well as any other partner directories.
  • For its RSS feed to be published as well, which may be picked up by other websites for syndication once it is published.
  • Publication in any of our newsletters in real time, daily or weekly basis.

• The article directory is free and no form of payment will be made to its authors whether submitted content is published or not. However, due credit will be guaranteed to the authors via a resource box.
• Affiliate links of any form is not allowed within the content of the article. Authors are given a resource box to put in links to their own websites where readers can find affiliate links or any other useful, relevant links.
• Translation of articles may be done to fit any partner sites.
• The Terms of Service may change at any time with or without prior notice.
• Advertising may appear on the article directory as well as any of the pages including pages with article content.

PUBLISHERS:

• The author’s copyright must be maintained at all times, should you choose to publish any of the articles within the article directory to any other website. This means keeping the resource box and links included by the author.
• Editing or rewording any part of the article is strictly not allowed unless permission from the author has been granted.
• Hyperlinks, active or inactive, must be kept intact at all times the way the author has meant it to be. These links should redirect to where the author intended it to go to when a user clicks on it.
• Including articles from the article directory into SPAM or any form of unsolicited mail is strictly discouraged.
• Articles from the article directory may not be published to any website that contains illegal activities such as racism, hate, porn, warez etc.
• Putting articles within the article directory up for sale is not allowed unless permission has been granted by its author.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Only unique content, written by you should be submitted. Articles should be unique and duplicate free.
• Submission of rebranded articles is strictly prohibited. Authors should own the rights to every article submitted. Ghost writers may be hired provided you own the rights to the articles that they write for you before submitting it to the article directory.
• Full rights are granted to the article directory once an article is submitted. This includes RSS feed syndication and re-classification of articles.
• Submitted and approved articles are then made readily available for anyone to publish via any of the following, newsletters, e-zines or other websites, provided that the your hyperlinks and resource box are kept intact at all times.
• No affiliate links are allowed within the body of the article. Links to useful and relevant sites are allowed on the resource box along with a link to your own website.
• No form of cash payment or any other form of compensation is given to authors for using the article submission site. The article directory is absolutely free with the premise to bring publishers and authors together.
• Inclusion of articles to the article directory is not guaranteed, the decision to approve and publish articles will entirely depend on us.
• Make sure that articles are error free, original and have been checked for plagiarism before submitting to the article directory. Non compliance of requirements will lead to rejection of articles.
